Tom Kerr is a partner at Moore & Scarry Advertising and co-founder of SPARQ. He began his career as an account coordinator at Moore & Scarry Advertising in 2005 and has since held leadership positions as an account executive, director of account operations, vice president and general manager, and executive vice president, overseeing all Moore & Scarry operations and reporting directly to the CEO. Ultimately, Tom took an equity share in Moore & Scarry Advertising in 2013, and together with partner Paul Caldwell, took over ownership of the agency. As partner and co-owner, he is currently responsible for the quality of strategic planning and execution for all Moore & Scarry clients.
In 2014 Tom also co-founded SPARQ, a social media management company that helps dealers maximize positive online exposure. SPARQ provides a seamless platform for customers to share dealership testimonials, complete with images and video, on all major social media.
Tom has also won many prestigious awards with Moore & Scarry Advertising including a Regional Silver Addy in the Television category and 21 National Telly Awards for advertising excellence. Further, Tom's newest company, SPARQ, won a 2015 American Website Award (AWA) for digital marketing excellence in the Social Media category.
In addition to his marketing and advertising prowess, Tom is widely recognized in the industry for his leadership and operational excellence. He is noted for his unique ability to quickly diagnose automotive retail business challenges and provide innovative marketing solutions. His numerous accomplishments and results have been featured in CBT News, Digital Dealer Conferences and DealerOn webinars, among others.
