Moore & Scarry Advertising Announces Executive Leadership Advancements
Fort Myers, FL– May 02, 2013 – Moore & Scarry Advertising, one of the nation’s largest and fastest growing automotive advertising agencies, today announced executive leadership advancements. Tom Kerr, executive vice president of Moore & Scarry, and Paul Caldwell, president of MSAWest, will take equity shares in the agency and new executive positions. Both Kerr and Caldwell have held leadership positions with Moore & Scarry for many years and will now assume even greater responsibility for driving the continued growth and success of the agency. The leadership advancements come as Moore & Scarry’s sister company, Haystak Digital Marketing, announces its acquisition by VinSolutions. Moore & Scarry has grown to become the nation’s third largest automotive advertising agency since its founding in 2001. In fact, the company has increased gross revenue by 27% year over year and currently serves nearly 200 dealership rooftops across the U.S. In addition, Moore & Scarry now maintains a 20% quarterly revenue growth rate. The agency attributes its continued success to the high level of service it provides customers, its emphasis on quantifying results, and early identification of industry trends and consumer behavior. Kerr and Caldwell will now strategically lead Moore & Scarry to even greater success as they guide the agency into a new era.
Moore & Scarry Advertising and Haystak Digital Marketing founder, Duncan Scarry, will remain involved in the agency’s operations in his new position as chairman. In this role he will consult with executive leadership and help drive the strategic direction of the company. Scarry commented, “I’m really happy to have Tom and Paul increase their interests in the company and continue on the path they’ve taken leading the agency. They’ve been the cornerstone of our products and services to date and I think our products and services will continue to expand and evolve under their leadership.”
Kerr stated, “This is a very exciting time for Moore & Scarry and our clients. Paul and I will now be able to lead our dealers to even greater success as we assume even more responsibility for the agency. Duncan founded a great company and has created an amazing team over the years. I joined Moore & Scarry as an account executive in 2005 and under Duncan’s leadership I have grown and expanded my skills and expertise. Both Paul and I have learned immensely from him over the years and he will continue to be a part of the agency. I am honored to take an equity share in this award winning company whose goal is to make our clients successful.”
Caldwell also commented, “Moore & Scarry Advertising and Haystak Digital Marketing will keep the close relationship that we have always had. And the new changes will allow Moore & Scarry to grow in new ways with our increased autonomy. All of our team members are committed to the success of our dealers.
